MANILA, PHILIPPINES, 10 MAY 2023 — The Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) is leading the Philippine delegation to Marché du Film 2023, the business arm of the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, which will be held in France from May 16 to 27.

The call is open to foreign production companies in business with a Filipino production company or producer on an ongoing project.
MANILA, PHILIPPINES, OCTOBER 22, 2021 — Fully vaccinated travelers no longer need to observe mandatory quarantine upon arrival in the Philippines, so long as they present a negative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test result within three days before leaving their country of origin, effective on October 14.

Featured on Cinematheque Centres

The Cinematheque is one of the vital projects of the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) under the Exhibition Division which aims to promote programs and activities for audience development and film appreciation thereby creating a film culture across the country.
The Cinematheque Centres are designed to be an alternative and accessible venue to expose audience to both conventional and non-conventional forms of film and programs directed to developing new filmmakers and upgrading the skills of existing ones.
Chair's Corner

Chairman and CEO Tirso Silvano Cruz III is the current head of the Film Development Council of the Philippines. He took his oath as head of the national film agency upon the appointment of President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. last July 5 at the Malacañan Palace. He assumed office on July 21.
The veteran actor is bringing to the Agency more than six decades of experience in the film and entertainment industry.
