PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER III (Division Head)

UNIT / PROGRAM: Festival Division    STATUS: Plantilla (SG18)


PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: FDCP Central Office - Manila

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directly reports to the Office of the Executive Director for all team-related matters
  • Serve as the Division Technical and Administrative Manager for all Administrative and Finance-related tasks including overseeing the team’s Petty Cash Fund, Team Reporting and Business Continuity Plans,  DTRs, and Accomplishment Reports
  • Supervises all Festival Division Officers and Staff
  • Supervises the Festival Division’s Administrative and Support Officer for all Administrative and Finance Matters
  • Supervises all Festival Division Partnership and Assistance Programs from evaluation, recommendation, and execution of the following:
    • Philippine Embassies Assistance Program
    • Spotlight: Philippines Program
    • International Film Festival Assistance Program
    • Film Development Assistance Program
    • Festival Partnership Program
    • Inter-agency Partnership Program
    • Issuance of the Optical Media Board Certificate
  • Coordinates with the officer in charge of the Licensing and Acquisition of titles needed for the Festival Division’s programs
  • Coordinates with other FDCP Officers and Officials involved in the implementation of all Festivals Division Programs
  • Actively participates in film festivals and film markets ad-hoc committee, and
  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Communication Arts, or any program relevant to the job
  • Two (2) years of work experience
  • Eight (8) hours of relevant training
  • Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility
  • Has excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication
  • Has strong organizational and planning skills.
