Project Development Assistant

UNIT / PROGRAM: Education Division - Local Film Lab   STATUS: Contract of Service (COS) - SG 10


PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: FDCP Central Office - Makati

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handles programs together with the divisions’ Local Labs and Film Talks/Film School Project Development Officers.
  • Assist program leads in the day-to-day operations of the program, the Local Programs and the Education Division as a whole;
  • Prepare reports and communications, such as memos, emails, payment requests, liquidations, and other correspondence forms.
  • Provide real-time support in scheduling of activities, bookings, meetings, and other engagements of the Education division.
  • Handle inquiries, screen phone calls, and manage other requirements for proper routing to the appropriate party.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system (electronic and physical copies)
  • Assist on any projects that may need assistance or should any concerns arise, that may need assistance.
  • Willing to travel

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma degree relevant to the job.
  • Possesses the following skills: Communication, Creative Problem Solving, Critical
  • Thinking, Interpersonal, Technical Writing skills and Attention to Detail.
  • Computer Literate in Adobe, Canva, and Microsoft programs.
  • Able to work closely with other managers, stakeholders, and financial supporters.
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to budgets, including reviewing and executing grant proposals.
