ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III

UNIT / PROGRAM: Human Resources & Management Unit  STATUS: Contract of Service (COS) SG 9


PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: FDCP Central Office - Makati

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Post vacancies and job advertisements;
  • Qualify and interview applicants for internal hiring to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills;
  • Administer pre-employment assessments;
  • Facilitate job offers for successful candidates;
  • Conduct new employee orientation;
  • Coordinate with the Division/Unit heads for the hiring request;
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the training related matters;
  • Endorse learning and development program to different division;
  • Coordinate all requirements needed for all internal and external training such as (preparation of memorandum, payment and participants);
  • Assist the HR Officer in facilitating training and development programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Human Resources Management;
  • With at least six (6) months to one (1) year experience in Human Resources;
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication;
  • Has strong organizational and planning skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Proactive and can work under minimal supervision.
