ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III
UNIT / PROGRAM: Human Resources & Management Unit STATUS: Contract of Service (COS) SG 9
PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: FDCP Central Office - Makati
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post vacancies and job advertisements;
- Qualify and interview applicants for internal hiring to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills;
- Administer pre-employment assessments;
- Facilitate job offers for successful candidates;
- Conduct new employee orientation;
- Coordinate with the Division/Unit heads for the hiring request;
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the training related matters;
- Endorse learning and development program to different division;
- Coordinate all requirements needed for all internal and external training such as (preparation of memorandum, payment and participants);
- Assist the HR Officer in facilitating training and development programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Human Resources Management;
- With at least six (6) months to one (1) year experience in Human Resources;
- Proficient in verbal and written communication;
- Has strong organizational and planning skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Proactive and can work under minimal supervision.
