Paano na ang pelikulang Sana All nina Meg Imperial at Arvic Tan na nakatakdang mag-showing sa Marso 25?

Ipagbabawal na kasi ang pagpapalabas ng mga pelikula sa mga sinehan ng Metro Manila habang may community quarantine mula Marso 15 hanggang Abril 14, 2020.

Nakasaad ito sa memo ni Executive Secretary Salvador C. Medialdea sa mga LGU (local government units).

Bahagi ng memo: “Mass gatherings shall be prohibited. A mass gathering is a planned or spontaneous event where the number of people attending the event could strain the planning and response resources of the city or municipality where the event will be held.

“It includes movie screenings, concerts, sporting events and other entertainment activities, community assemblies, and non-essential work-related gatherings.

“Essential work-related meetings and religious activities may continue so long as strict social distancing, defined as the strict maintenance of a distance of at least one (1) meter radius between and among those attending, is maintained during the entirety of the event.

“The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) shall ensure that private establishments in operation strictly maintain social distancing in their businesses...”

At sa Metro Manila Council resolution, inirekomenda sa mga LGU na magpatupad ng curfew mula 8:00 P.M. hanggang 5:00 A.M., at isara ang mga mall habang may community quarantine sa NCR (National Capital Region).

Inirerekomenda na kasi ng MMDA (Metro Manila Development Authority) na ipasara na muna ang mga mall. Mga supermarket lang daw ang buksan. Kaya sarado pati mga sinehan.

Ang isa sa pinaghahandaan na rin mamaya ay ang restriction na pag-travel by land, air, and sea. Simula bukas, Marso 15 ay magkakaroon na raw ng curfew sa NCR na magsisimula nang 8:00 PM hanggang 5:00 AM. Sana, mabigyan ng sapat na impormasyon ang publiko kung anu-ano ang dapat at hindi dapat gawin.

Maraming misinformed at iba ang pagkakaintindi nila sa community quarantine sa lockdown. Kaya ang daming nababasa sa mga social media na mga puna sa mga government officials na nagpapatupad nito, at isa sa nag-react at nagtanggol sa mga kasamahan niya sa gobyerno ay ang chair ng FDCP (Film Development Council of the Philippines) na si Liza Diño.

Bahagi ng mahabang FB post ni Liza nitong Marso 14, Sabado: “As a government worker, I hurt for the people you easily bash just because of what you read in social media or dahil hindi akma sa expectation ninyo ang mga sinasabi nila.

“Believe it or not, all of us in government are working round the clock to coordinate with all the agencies to address this crisis.

“Those people you bash, hindi na natutulog para lang makahanap ng solusyon to manage this situation. The least that we can do as citizens is to cooperate and sana, ‘wag na maka-add sa stress na pinagdadaanan natin ngayon.

“Yes, madaling magsalita. Ang daling manlait. But we are all better than this.

“Sana, ‘wag na tayong mag-create ng unnecessary issues. Let’s be part of the solution. Lahat tayo, hindi natin gusto ang krisis na nangyayari ngayon. Kaya sana, magtulungan na lang tayo.”
