Over 860,000 film workers are out of jobs because of the pandemic. The Film Development Council appealed to lawmakers to include the live audio-visual content workers in Social Amelioration Program. The FDCP has extended 20 million pesos worth of subsidy to it's members. But it's worried it might not have enough funds for a second wave of cash assistance.
