The Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) proudly presents Libong Kulay - Mga Istorya ng Quezon, a week-long cinematography workshop with Lee Briones-Meily, happening in Atimonan, Quezon Province from June 16 to 22, 2026. 
This program aims to bridge the gap between Quezon’s emerging homegrown talent and professional training, equipping participants, beginner to emerging cinematographers, for the Philippine film industry while preserving  regional identity and local storytelling.
