Records Officer (Administrative Officer I)

Administrative and Finance Division

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide overall administrative support to the AFD ; 
  2. Receives, records, classifies, and assigns all incoming correspondence of Administrative and Finance Division ;
  3. Checks and classifies signed official communications for release and filing ;
  4. Assist the Division in handling the Division’s petty cash and release and replenishment  ;
  5. Maintain all records and documents pertaining to the programs and processes of the Division ;
  6. Assist in preparation annual and other AFD required reports  ;
  7. Serve as the AFD liaison and coordinating the compliance of the Division’s personnel to administrative process, including but not limited to administrative forms, dissemination of notices and memoranda  and ;
  8. Perform such other duties and functions as may be assigned by the Chief Administrative Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree 
  2. Training: None required
  3. Work Experience: None required
  4. Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility
