RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Conceptualize and design content for FPO’s various communication platforms (website, social media, ads, etc.)
  2. Collaborate with the communication officer and program leads to ensure all visual outputs align with FPO’s branding, marketing, and strategic objectives;
  3. Create diverse marketing collateral for both prints and digital use, and animations, motion graphics, and AV materials as needed;
  4. Produce innovative visual materials with targeted messaging for international B2B Audiences and global industry counterparts;
  5. Tailor and optimize visual content for various device and digital platforms to maximize audience reach and engagement;
  6. Conduct photo/video coverage and documentation for promotional activities and transform raw footage into compelling materials and highlight reels;
  7. Upload a high standard of creativity and technical precision in all deliverables;
  8. Ensure all promotional materials meet strict brand standards and organizational guidelines;
  9. Perform other related tasks needed by the unit;
  10. Assist in other adhoc responsibilities.
     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related creative field;
  2. At least two (2) years of professional experience within a creative agency or in house creative team;
  3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and professional video editing software;
  4. Has a strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of work including motion, video, and static designs;
  5. Skilled at photography and videography;
  6. Proactive and a self-starter; can work under minimal supervision;
  7. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
  8. Demonstrates good attention to details and can function well in a fast paced environment;
  9. Willing to travel to various locations for events, film sets, or promotional activities as required;
  10. Can handle sensitive information with confidentiality;
  11. A strong creative pulse and sufficient knowledge of the film and audiovisual industry is a significant advantage.
