Multimedia Designer
Film Philippines Office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conceptualize and design content for FPO’s various communication platforms (website, social media, ads, etc.)
- Collaborate with the communication officer and program leads to ensure all visual outputs align with FPO’s branding, marketing, and strategic objectives;
- Create diverse marketing collateral for both prints and digital use, and animations, motion graphics, and AV materials as needed;
- Produce innovative visual materials with targeted messaging for international B2B Audiences and global industry counterparts;
- Tailor and optimize visual content for various device and digital platforms to maximize audience reach and engagement;
- Conduct photo/video coverage and documentation for promotional activities and transform raw footage into compelling materials and highlight reels;
- Upload a high standard of creativity and technical precision in all deliverables;
- Ensure all promotional materials meet strict brand standards and organizational guidelines;
- Perform other related tasks needed by the unit;
- Assist in other adhoc responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related creative field;
- At least two (2) years of professional experience within a creative agency or in house creative team;
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and professional video editing software;
- Has a strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of work including motion, video, and static designs;
- Skilled at photography and videography;
- Proactive and a self-starter; can work under minimal supervision;
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
- Demonstrates good attention to details and can function well in a fast paced environment;
- Willing to travel to various locations for events, film sets, or promotional activities as required;
- Can handle sensitive information with confidentiality;
- A strong creative pulse and sufficient knowledge of the film and audiovisual industry is a significant advantage.
