Administrative Assistant

Policy and Planning Unit

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Filing of all BOT-related documents, organizing the memoranda and letters issued by the PPU;
  2. Coordinating with other offices within the agency for internal matters;
  3. Maintaining of records and document log sheet;
  4. Monitoring of tasks and other deliverables;
  5. Providing administrative support and research assistance to the PPU;
  6. Assist in the development of monitoring and evaluation tools and impact assessment framework;
  7. Processing of financial transactions for PPU projects and initiatives, among others, and
  8. Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Unit Supervisor and Management.
     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. At least two (2) years of college education;
  2. With or without relevant training;
  3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; on the job training in administrative support or project coordination in the film or media industry is preferred;
  4. Proficient in verbal and written communication;
  5. Has strong organizational and planning skills;
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality;
  7. Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with a recent passport-size picture and Work Experience Sheet (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025)
