CEB COORDINATOR

Division: CEB

Job Description:

  • Prepare, conduct, and post activities for the Evaluation and Grading of Films by the CEB
  • Assist CEB members during the Film Evaluation and Grading
  • Update the Bulletin Board for CEB Applied/Graded Films
  • File the following:
    • Notice to Theaters
    • Statement of Accounts
    • Monthly Collection Report (FDCP & Producers’ copy)
    • Incoming & outgoing Communications

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a four-year course
  • Preferably with knowledge in Accounting
  • With Excellent Communication Skills
  • With at least one-year work experience
  • Can work with minimal supervision

 

IT OFFICER

Division: Support System

Job Description:

  • Install & configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
  • Monitor & maintain computer systems and networks
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose, and solve hardware or software faults
  • Support the roll-out of new applications
  • Implement the quality of the digital workflow and database
  • Assist with film archives database maintenance and upgrading
  • Quality check of digital workflow from scanning to file storage
  • Ensure the integrity and migration (if necessary) of archive digital preservation files

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a four-year course, preferably Information Technology or Computer-related course
  • Keen on details
  • Research-oriented
  • Knowledge of archiving is an advantage

 

INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS ASSISTANT

Division: International Relations Division

Job Description:

  • Assist in overseeing the International Relations Division’s programs)
  • Receive, organize, and file Application forms
  • Coordinate with office for Booking of tickets
  • Evaluate proponents and issue clearance certificate when applicable
  • Coordinate with Embassies re: Film Festivals’ Logistics and Requirements
  • Prepares details and data for Contracts and MOA
  • Collaborate with different divisions

GRAPHIC ARTIST / ONLINE EDITOR

Division: External Communications

Job Description:

  • Create and prepare graphic content for FDCP Programs & Projects (Local & International)
  • Perform graphic design tasks such as photo editing and collaging, banner creation, layouts, etc.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a four-year course, preferably related to Arts, Design, or Multimedia Arts
  • At least two years of working in a related field
  • Excellent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other related software for Graphics
  • Physically fit, Good interpersonal skills, Willing to work long hours

 

CINE LOKAL COLLECTIONS OFFICER

Division: Distribution and Exhibition Division

Job Description:

  • Monitor and collect sales and reports for Cine Lokal
  • Coordinate with SM Cinema for film share
  • Provide audited sales and audience reports to the filmmakers
  • Oversee the process of filmmaker film share collections and remittances
  • Coordinate with CEB for the Amusement tax collections
  • Communicate all reports needed to the filmmakers

Requirements:

  • Commerce graduate any of the following:
    • Accounting
    • Management
    • Marketing
  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office

 

CINEMATHEQUE CENTRE DAVAO MARKETING OFFICER

Division: Distribution and Exhibition Division

Job Description:

  • Handles Cinematheque Davao’s marketing efforts including invitation of guests and coordination for event setup
  • Assist the lead officer in plotting screening schedules of monthly curated films
  • Execute special events aligned with monthly programming
  • Coordinate with schools and other universities for future partnerships
  • Prepare sales reports

Requirements:

  • Mass Communication graduate or any of the following:
    • BS Management
    • Marketing
  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office

 

GRAPHIC ARTIST

Division: External Communications Division

Job Description:

COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

Division: External Communications Division

Job Description:

  • Write online news articles
  • Write Press Releases
  • Manage social media accounts of FDCP (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Content creation
  • Conceptualize effective communications plan that will tailor fit the brand
  • Manage video outputs for Cine Lokal and Cinematheque (Video artcards / trailers and other video executions)
  • Device effective strategies for higher engagement of the Cine Lokal and Cinematheque brands

Requirements:

  • College graduate
  • Internet / Tech savvy
  • Reachable even on weekends
  • Willing to work long hours
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • At least 2 years of experience as an online writer
  • Knowledge in New Media
  • Knowledge in online publishing and publishing tools like Hootsuite, Sitecore, etc
  • Basic knowledge In photoshop
  • Research-oriented
  • Keen on details
  • Excellent in feature/creative and news writing
  • Knowledge and interest in films is a must
  • Have a good eye in proof reading

JUNIOR MEDIA SPECIALIST

Job Description:

  • Produce effective video contents (video capsules, trailers, omnibus, highlights and promo videos)for all the FDCP brands
  • Shoot and edit video content
  • Handle video coverage in all FDCP events
  • Safekeeping of all raw and produced video files of FDCP
  • Handle and update equipment inventory

  • College graduate
  • Internet / Tech savvy
  • Reachable even on weekends
  • Willing to work long hours
  • excellent editing skills
  • knowledgeable in technical media equipment
  • at least 2 years of experience as editor
