Learn Filmmaking from Film Experts With FDCP Film School in Davao

Remaining true to its goal of helping regional cinema flourish and making filmmaking more accessible in the regions, the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) continues to hold filmmaking workshops through FDCP Film School: The Future of Philippine Cinema. The Agency will hold sessions under the Film Development Support Division (FDSD) starting October 19, 2019 at the Cinematheque Centre Davao in Davao City.

Davaoeños will now have better access to learning filmmaking as different film experts will hold Basic Workshops on Filmmaking 2019 in their city. Filmmakers who will share their insights and expertise include Sonny Calvento on Production Management on October 19, Cenon Obispo Palomares on Scriptwriting on October 20, Ben Padero on Production Design on November 9, Armi Rae Cacanindin on Creative Producing on November 10, Rain Yamson II on Cinematography on November 16, Ryanne Murcia on Acting on November 17, Cha Escala on Editing on November 23, Arden Rod Condez on Directing on November 24, Immanuel Verona on Sound Design on November 30, and Pepe Manikan on Musical Score on December 1.

The admission fee is priced at P200 per class.
