Quarantine Not Required for Vaccinated Filipinos, Foreigners from ‘Green’ Countries

MANILA, PHILIPPINES, OCTOBER 22, 2021 — Fully vaccinated travelers no longer need to observe mandatory quarantine upon arrival in the Philippines, so long as they present a negative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test result within three days before leaving their country of origin, effective on October 14.

FDCP’s Funding Program Awards PHP 17.3 Million to 28 Filipino Film Projects

Cinemas Finally Reopen as NCR Shifts to Alert Level 3

MANILA, PHILIPPINES, OCTOBER 21, 2021 — For the first time since the pandemic-induced lockdowns began, cinemas are allowed to reopen. Following the downgraded Alert Level 3 in Metro Manila by the Inter-Agency Task Force’s (IATF) COVID-19, various business establishments are allowed to reopen starting on October 16 to 30.
