Sine Isla: LuzViMinda Short Film Competition

Sine Isla: LuzViMinda Short Film Competition is a nationwide short film competition which will be held during the annual Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino. This is a chance for the Film Development Council to provide support and recognition to regional filmmakers. Through this competition, the audience may recognize the value of regional filmmaking and its role in the development of Philippine cinema by allowing audiences to connect with narratives that provide a new perspective on different issues. By featuring the works of regional filmmakers during the Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino, the message of a more inclusive Philippine cinema can be sent to audiences.
