UNIT / PROGRAM: Policy and Planning Unit   STATUS: Contract of Service (COS)  SALARY: SG 11 (PHP 30,024)

PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: FDCP Central Office - Makati

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the seamless operation of computer systems.
• Install and configure software, hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Implement the FDCP Information Security Strategic Plan (ISSP) and provide IT support for its execution.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues, maintain GovMail, and manage additional cloud storage systems.
• Develop, customize, and maintain automated application systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FDCP services.
• Assist in the development of IT-related policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Recommend essential IT systems and programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Electronics Engineering is required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience is mandatory.
• Minimum of eight (8) hours of training pertinent to the position is necessary.
• Solid foundation in information systems and networks is essential.
