Project Development Officer V
UNIT / PROGRAM: Film Philippines Office STATUS: Plantilla-Contractual SALARY: SG 24 (PHP 98,185)
PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: FDCP Central Office - Makati
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Assist in the Executive Director in the overall management, conceptualization, planning, and execution of Film Philippines Office’s programs (Incentives, markets & promotions, inter-agency services);
- Help develop and implement work process/ways of working for the division;
- Contribute in the training and skills development of the team members;
- Collaborate with other division leads managing FDCP programs;
- Represent the FDCP Chairman & CEO, or the Executive Director, in the official functions with partner agencies and organizations;
- Perform administrative and supervisorial duties for the unit;
- Help supervise and maintain the FPO Board of Trustees;
- Prepare reports, budget monitoring, and program analysis;
- Evaluate and create recommendations for new and sustaining projects;
- Maintain files and records of all documents related to the program;
- Keep abreast of international best practices in film incentives and market activations;
- Perform other related tasks needed by the unit;
- Assist the division in other adhoc responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Management, or any program related to the job;
- At least five (5) years of relevant work and supervisory experience;
- Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management;
- Strong leadership skills with proven track record in managing direct reports and cross-functional teams;
- Experience in performance management and workflow delegation;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficient in preparing and conducting presentations;
- Experience in project management with competency in planning, execution, and end-to-end monitoring of programs;
- Has strong analytical and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrates good attention to details;
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Self-starter and proactive; can work under minimal supervision;
- Willing to travel to different locations if needed;
- Exposure/sufficient knowledge in film production, inter-agency coordination, and government protocols is an advantage.
