WHAT IS FLIP?

The Film Location Incentive Program (FLIP) is a selective cash rebate program provided by the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP), through the Film Philippines Office (FPO). It supports international audiovisual projects that engage a Philippine production company to undertake line production, animation, and/or post-production services in the Philippines.
