Records Officer (Administrative Officer I)
Administrative and Finance Division
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide overall administrative support to the AFD ;
- Receives, records, classifies, and assigns all incoming correspondence of Administrative and Finance Division ;
- Checks and classifies signed official communications for release and filing ;
- Assist the Division in handling the Division’s petty cash and release and replenishment ;
- Maintain all records and documents pertaining to the programs and processes of the Division ;
- Assist in preparation annual and other AFD required reports ;
- Serve as the AFD liaison and coordinating the compliance of the Division’s personnel to administrative process, including but not limited to administrative forms, dissemination of notices and memoranda and ;
- Perform such other duties and functions as may be assigned by the Chief Administrative Officer.

- Bachelor's degree
