RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and report to maintain office and administrative, operational, and technical processes of the Exhibition Division.
  • Represent the agency in partnership and coordination with local government units, and institution partners like government, and non-government agencies and organizations for the expansion of FDCP programs under the Exhibition Division.
  • Oversee the unit’s request for budget, disbursement, and liquidation of cash advances and petty cash for its programs and events.
  • Maintain and check all records, reports, and documents prepared by self and others, of the programs, events, financial disbursements, administrative, and operational processes of the unit.
  • Supervise all personnel under the unit, including regular performance assessment, approval of overtime, and offsets, and makes recommendations according to evaluation results.
  • Distribute tasks as deemed necessary to personnel under the unit and make sure that the task assigned is carried out on time for the execution of the projects, events, programs, and other ad hoc tasks.
  • Manage and supervise the Division’s creation of programs and partnerships, internal and external This includes review of the unit’s program proposal and making recommendations before submitting for final approval and implementation.
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of existing projects, and recommend steps for improvement or suspension, based on the evaluation reports.
  • Coordinate with the divisions and units for internal arrangements and division support related to the program executions and partnerships that are relevant in achieving the agency’s (FDCP) and unit’s vision.
  • Supervise, recommend and approve the plotting of screenings, and other activities in both the Cinematheques and JuanFlix, upon availability of films as provided by the Acquisition Unit, requests of local festival partners, embassies, internal (FDCP events) including LGUs, NGOS, universities, GOs, and other independent organizers.
  • Maintain all records of the unit ‘s activities, revenues, for both screening and venue rental, and makes sure that all revenues are remitted to the main office for accounting and disbursement.
     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
  2. Sixteen (16) hours of relevant training
  3. Three (3) years of relevant experience  
  4. Career Service Professional (Second Level)
