RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Development Officer IV - International Markets and Festivals 

  1. Monitor global film and audiovisual trends to identify opportunities for audience engagement and industry partnerships and provide sound recommendations to the OED and the FDCP managements;
  2. Draft communications, position papers, and recommendations about different international film markets and festivals, and international engagements and their implementation;
  3. Coordinate with concerned divisions on specific tasks during the course of the program’s implementation;
  4. Provide insights and recommendations regarding FDCP’s festival support and participation, both for local and international festivals;
  5. Actively participate in film festivals and film markets;
  6. Assist in the preparation of reports and other documents that will be necessary in assessing compliance concerning international participation and engagement.
  7. Assist with other FDCP programs and activities;
  8. Support the management and its institutional representatives in its international alliances and memberships, and assist in the execution of related activities and engagement;
  9. Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or management.
     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
  2. Sixteen (16) hours of relevant training
  3. Three (3) years of relevant experience
  4. Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility
