RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Development Officer III - Local Operations Management Officer 

  • Monitor trends and developments in the local film and audiovisual industry to identify opportunities for audience development and strategic partnerships, and provide sound recommendations to the Office of the Executive Director (OED) and FDCP Management to enhance locally implemented programs, projects, and interventions;
  • Draft communications, position papers, and policy or program recommendations related to locally implemented initiatives, industry engagements, educational programs, partnerships, and support their coordination and implementation;
  • Coordinate with concerned division, government agencies, local government units, industry stakeholders, and partner institutions in relation to the planning and implementation of locally implemented programs, projects, and engagements;
  • Support the development, strengthening, and maintenance of partnerships with industry stakeholders, academic institutions, government agencies, and other relevant partners in relation to the Council’s locally implemented programs and activities;
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and monitoring tools necessary for tracking program implementation, ensuring compliance with requirements, and evaluating the outcomes and effectiveness of locally implemented programs, partnerships, and engagements.
     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
  • Eight (8) hours of relevant training
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Career Service Professional (Second Level)
