RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Development Officer II - International Project & Talent Development Programs

  1. Handle both projects and talent development programs under international projects, such as but not limited to film labs, conference, workshops, seminars, lectures, and classes;
  2. Oversee and manage the production and execution of the programs and projects;
  3. Work closely with the Deputy Head to coordinate the overall programs under international projects, such as grants and educational programs;
  4. Manage research of international programs and development of programs under international projects, such as grants and educational programs;
  5. Report to the Education Head and Managements for regular updates and report concerns, and high-level approvals;
  6. Work with the agency’s digital communications and productions and external partners to develop and plan marketing and communication strategies to promote the program to stakeholders;
  7. Keep abreast of international best practices related to the programs.
  8. Assist in coordination and preparation efforts for the events and executions relating to the OED’s projects and events;
  9. Review/draft contracts, memoranda, office orders, and other corporate documents.
  10. Perform research and interviews on project proposals and events as needed;
  11. Monitor the deliverables and responsibilities of approved partnerships under the programs;
  12. Draft communications and reports as needed and maintains files and records of all program matters and documents;
  13. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned occasionally;

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
  2. Four (4) hours of relevant training
  3. One (1) year of relevant experience
  4. Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility
