Project Development Officer I
Exhibition Division
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report regularly to the Division Head on updates, concerns, program status, and approvals required for Cinematheque Regions;
- Maintain regular coordination with Cinematheque Regional Officers regarding program scheduling, operational concerns, administrative matters, and issues requiring escalation;
- Monitor and consolidate regional reports covering program implementation, attendance, revenues, issues encountered, and recommendations;
- Maintain organized files and records of all partnership-related matters and documents;
- Represent FDCP and the Cinematheque Centre Regions in coordination meetings, screenings, festivals, and official events, ensuring proper logistics and preparation;
- Facilitate coordination processes for exhibition partnership programs, including agreements, provision of support, and receipt and review of required documents;
- Evaluate existing and potential partnerships and recommend improvements based on guidelines and best practices;
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans for Cinematheque programs and events, assisting in logistics preparation, including project proposals, timeframes, and budgets;
- Monitor and oversee budget-related requests of Cinematheque Centre Regions, in coordination with Cinematheque Regional Officers and the Division Administrative Officer, including allocation, disbursement, and liquidation of cash advances and petty cash for regional programs and events;
- Submit administrative documents, such as daily time records and dissemination of notices and memoranda, in a timely manner;
- Oversee and assist in the efficient operations of Cinematheque Centre Iloilo, including onsite ticketing, registration, audience and partner databases, and screening logistics;
- Coordinate the review and release process for FDCP film ratings for projects and partnerships;
- Maintain organized and accurate records of programs, partnerships, equipment, and operational documents;
- Ensure admin and finance tasks are completed accurately before submission to the main office;
- Monitor social media postings to ensure alignment with programs, accuracy of content, and timely updates; and
- Work closely with the Audiovisual Aide Technician Lead Officer to address technical, equipment, and screening-related concerns across regions;
- Collaborate with local communities, institutions, and partners across regions to promote arts and film culture; and
- Perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks as may be assigned by the Division Head.
