Planning Officer III
Policy and Planning Division
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee IT Management within the agency and keep the work stations with computer systems running smoothly
- Install and configure computer software, hardware, operating systems and applications
- Accomplish and implement the FDCP ISSP
- Troubleshoot system and network problems
- Maintain GovMail and other cloud storage systems
- Coordinate with DICT and relevant government agencies on ICT-Related concerns
- Recommend IT Systems and programs as necessary
- Lead the IT Team to provide ICT-related support for FDCP
- Provide technical and research assistance during procurement process for the ICT related purchases
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
- Eight (8) hours of relevant training
- Two (2) years of relevant experience
- Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility
