Planning Officer II
Policy and Planning Division
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure adherence to the mandates of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA), particularly in streamlining processes, monitoring compliance, and strengthening accountability mechanisms.
- Budget Preparation Prepare, consolidate, and analyze budgetary requirements to support divisional and agency-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with fiscal policies and available resources.
- Formulate strategic and operational plans, monitor performance indicators, and evaluate programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Perform additional duties as may be assigned to support divisional and agency priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
- One (1) year of relevant experience
- Four (4) hours of relevant training
- Career Service Professional (Second Level Eligibility)
