Information Officer I
Communication Unit
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the Agency’s social media accounts, by publishing timely content and implementing effective communication strategies to promote FDCP programs.
- Develops and implements marketing and communication plans to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Drafts content and copy, including press releases for Agency programs, projects, and initiatives
- Collaborates with various divisions to strengthen the promotion of FDCP events and activities.
- Monitors social media trends and proposes innovative approaches to enhance FDCP’s online presence
- Works closely with the Graphic Designer and Video Producer to deliver high-quality content outputs.
- Engages with users through public and private messages, ensuring that inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Utilizes audience feedback and data to refine marketing strategies and improve engagement.
- Implements interactive campaigns and initiatives to encourage user participation.
- Provides live coverage of key FDCP events and screenings through live-tweeting or streaming.
- Monitors and analyzes digital marketing performance using analytics tools, and adjusts strategies to achieve goals.
- Assists in onsite photo coverage of FDCP events as needed.
- Supports the preparation of performance reports, including tracking growth and providing insights for improvement.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree relevant to the job
