RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Serve as the Senior Archive Supervisor and create recommendations in the implementation of the unit’s operations and performance;
  2. Perform regular inventory of film elements and PFA Holdings;
  3. Inspection and monitoring of preservation works on film performed by junior staff;
  4. Undertake film preservation activities, including cleaning, repair and archiving; 
  5. Train, monitor and evaluate work programs and performances of  Junior Archive officers; 
  6. Draft regular operational reports in support of the division managers;
  7. Assist the division managers with the formulation of strategic planning of executions and special programs.
     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree relevant to the job;
  2. One (1) year of relevant experience;
  3. Four (4) hours of relevant training;
  4. Career Service Professional/Second level eligibility.
