RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the Senior Archive Supervisor and create recommendations in the implementation of the unit’s operations and performance;
- Perform regular inventory of film elements and PFA Holdings;
- Inspection and monitoring of preservation works on film performed by junior staff;
- Undertake film preservation activities, including cleaning, repair and archiving;
- Train, monitor and evaluate work programs and performances of Junior Archive officers;
- Draft regular operational reports in support of the division managers;
- Assist the division managers with the formulation of strategic planning of executions and special programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job;
- One (1) year of relevant experience;
- Four (4) hours of relevant training;
- Career Service Professional/Second level eligibility.
