RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance of a database that contains all records and inventory of all non-film assets of the FDCP-PFA;
- Inspection and inventory of all incoming non-film assets;
- Maintenance and upkeep of all non-film assets of the PFA;
- Coordinate with other officers and employees of the PFA in line with the utilization of non-film assets;
- Coordinate with other officers and employees of the PFA in the preparation and maintenance of cataloguing system for non-film assets;
- Conduct tests and research on existing and in-coming non-film assets;
- Assist in film handling and preparation of films and other non-film assets for preservation;
- Assist in the research and acquisition of non-film assets;
- Submit regular reports which includes the activities on the non-film assets;
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
- No experience required
- No training required
- Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility
