RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Maintenance of a database that contains all records and inventory of all non-film assets of the FDCP-PFA;
  2. Inspection and inventory of all incoming non-film assets;
  3. Maintenance and upkeep of all non-film assets of the PFA; 
  4. Coordinate with other officers and employees of the PFA in line with the utilization of non-film assets;
  5. Coordinate with other officers and employees of the PFA in the preparation and maintenance of cataloguing system for non-film assets;
  6. Conduct tests and research on existing and in-coming non-film assets;
  7. Assist in film handling and preparation of films and other non-film assets for preservation;
  8. Assist in the research and acquisition of non-film assets;
  9. Submit regular reports which includes the activities on the non-film assets;
  10. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
  2. No experience required
  3. No training required
  4. Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility

  • Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with a recent passport-size picture and Work Experience Sheet (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025)
