Administrative and Finance Division

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Head of Cash Unit
  2. Prepare and accurately disburse all checks for payment;
  3. Prepare Report of Accountability for Accountable Forms (RAAF), to be submitted to COA;
  4. Reviews and ensures timely submission of the accountability reports such as Report of Checks Issued (RCI) and Report of ADA Issued (RADAI), to be submitted to COA;
  5. Coordinates the release of checks to supplies and ensures the timely payment of remittances and other agency obligations;
  6. Action on documents, letters, memoranda from different stakeholders, management, LBP, BTR, COA and other oversight agencies;
  7. Perform such other duties and functions as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor and management.
     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
  2. Four (4) hours of relevant training
  3. One (1) year of relevant experience
  4. Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility
