Administrative Officer III
Administrative and Finance Division
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Head of Cash Unit
- Prepare and accurately disburse all checks for payment;
- Prepare Report of Accountability for Accountable Forms (RAAF), to be submitted to COA;
- Reviews and ensures timely submission of the accountability reports such as Report of Checks Issued (RCI) and Report of ADA Issued (RADAI), to be submitted to COA;
- Coordinates the release of checks to supplies and ensures the timely payment of remittances and other agency obligations;
- Action on documents, letters, memoranda from different stakeholders, management, LBP, BTR, COA and other oversight agencies;
- Perform such other duties and functions as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor and management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
- Four (4) hours of relevant training
- One (1) year of relevant experience
- Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility
