Administrative and Finance Division

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Head of Human Resources Unit
  2. Formulates policies, guidelines and measures addressing employee welfare and concerns for effective implementation of programs;
  3. Ensuring the proper implementation and compliance of the personnel to FDCP’s policies and procedures;
  4. Secretariat of the Personnel Selection Board (PSB)
  5. Maintains and updates the PSIPOP;
  6. Maintains the 201 File of every personnel;
  7. Maintains and updates employees’ leave cards;
  8. Monitor the submission of Daily Time Record.;
  9. Prepares training proposals and counseling programs for the development of FDCP Personnel;
  10. Action on documents, letters, memoranda from different stakeholders, management, COA, CSC, DBM, GSIS, and other oversight agencies;
  11. Perform such other duties and functions as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor and management.
     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
  2. Four (4) hours of relevant training
  3. One (1) year of relevant experience
  4. Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility
