Administrative Officer III
Administrative and Finance Division
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Head of Human Resources Unit
- Formulates policies, guidelines and measures addressing employee welfare and concerns for effective implementation of programs;
- Ensuring the proper implementation and compliance of the personnel to FDCP’s policies and procedures;
- Secretariat of the Personnel Selection Board (PSB)
- Maintains and updates the PSIPOP;
- Maintains the 201 File of every personnel;
- Maintains and updates employees’ leave cards;
- Monitor the submission of Daily Time Record.;
- Prepares training proposals and counseling programs for the development of FDCP Personnel;
- Action on documents, letters, memoranda from different stakeholders, management, COA, CSC, DBM, GSIS, and other oversight agencies;
- Perform such other duties and functions as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor and management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
- Four (4) hours of relevant training
- One (1) year of relevant experience
- Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility
