Administrative Officer II (HRMO I)
Administrative and Finance Division
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare payroll for Plantilla employees, including computation of salaries and applicable deductions;
- Prepare plantilla employee benefits, including MYB, YEB, Cash Gift, PEI, SRI, CNA Incentive, Clothing Allowance, and Medical Allowance ;
- Assist in supervising Payroll Unit and ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation of all payroll records ;
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of salaries, benefits, remittances, and income tax ;
- Review, validate, and approve payroll computations, including salaries, deductions, and net pay;
- Monitor and validate records of initial salary and last salary, including salary adjustments ;
- Ensure timely compliance with government regulations and remittance deadlines (e.g. GSIS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and SSS);
- Coordinate payroll requirements and related matters for new employees with the Human Resource Unit.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee compensation and benefits information; and
- Render additional services as authorized in the exigency of the service accordingly.

- Bachelor's degree
