Administrative Officer II (HRMO I)

Administrative and Finance Division

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Prepare payroll for Plantilla employees, including computation of salaries and applicable deductions; 
  2. Prepare plantilla employee benefits, including MYB, YEB, Cash Gift, PEI, SRI, CNA Incentive, Clothing Allowance, and Medical Allowance ;
  3. Assist in supervising Payroll Unit and ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation of all payroll records ;
  4. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of salaries, benefits, remittances, and income tax ;
  5. Review, validate, and approve payroll computations, including salaries, deductions, and net pay;
  6. Monitor and validate records of initial salary and last salary, including salary adjustments ;
  7. Ensure timely compliance with government regulations and remittance deadlines (e.g. GSIS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and SSS);
  8. Coordinate payroll requirements and related matters for new employees with the Human Resource Unit.
  9. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee compensation and benefits information; and
  10. Render additional services as authorized in the exigency of the service accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree 
  2. Training: None required
  3. Work Experience: None required
  4. Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility
