Administrative and Finance Division

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Issues official receipts for cash and checks collections.
  2. Prepares documents for deposits of the collections.
  3. Prepares daily reports of collections and deposits.
  4. Prepares monthly cash receipts journal.
  5. Ensures all received collections are deposited and validated by the bank.
  6. Verifies completeness of all required supporting documents on the DV and ADA prior to submission to COA.
  7. Preparation of transmittal list of DV’s and ADAs.
  8. Perform such other duties and functions as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor and management.
     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
  2. Training: None required
  3. Work Experience: None required
  4. Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility
