Administrative Officer II
Administrative and Finance Division
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Issues official receipts for cash and checks collections.
- Prepares documents for deposits of the collections.
- Prepares daily reports of collections and deposits.
- Prepares monthly cash receipts journal.
- Ensures all received collections are deposited and validated by the bank.
- Verifies completeness of all required supporting documents on the DV and ADA prior to submission to COA.
- Preparation of transmittal list of DV’s and ADAs.
- Perform such other duties and functions as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor and management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job

- Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility
