Administrative Officer II

Administrative and Finance Division

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Head of General Service Unit
  2. Supervise the work of personnel engaged in maintenance, transportation and messengerial;
  3. Determines actual needs of requisitioners for utilization of service vehicles;
  4. Ensure the renewal of the agency’s vehicle insurance, LTO registration and vehicle preventive maintenance;
  5. Facilitate the maintenance and repair of building premises and properties;
  6. Facilitate the cleanliness and orderliness of office premises;
  7. Prepares memorandum for GSU related activities;
  8. Perform such other duties and functions as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
  2. Training: None required
  3. Work Experience: None required
  4. Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility
