Administrative Assistant III
Administrative and Finance Division
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of mandatory deductions such as GSIS, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth in accordance with the latest contribution tables;
- Process and reconcile monthly deductions for salary loans;
- Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies regarding deduction discrepancies or payment confirmations;
- Assist in payroll processing;
- Maintain organized digital and physical files of all remittance lists and validated deposit slips or acknowledgment receipts;
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years of college studies
- Four (4) hours of relevant training
- One (1) year of relevant experience
- Career Service Sub-Professional / First Level Eligibility
