Administrative and Finance Division

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensure the timely and accurate processing of mandatory deductions such as GSIS, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth in accordance with the latest contribution tables;
  2. Process and reconcile monthly deductions for salary loans;
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies regarding deduction discrepancies or payment confirmations;
  4. Assist in payroll processing;
  5. Maintain organized digital and physical files of all remittance lists and validated deposit slips or acknowledgment receipts;
  6. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Two years of college studies
  2. Four (4) hours of relevant training
  3. One (1) year of relevant experience
  4. Career Service Sub-Professional / First Level Eligibility
