This project is exclusive to student beneficiaries of the Free Higher Education (FHE) and Tertiary Education Subsidy/Tulong Dunong Program (TES-TDP) under RA 10931 or the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act. Number of participants or slots are allocated per higher education institution.
