Congratulations to all the Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino 5 Sine Isla: LuzViMinda and Sine Kabataan filmmakers for representing regional cinema and the youth in this year's short film exhibition.

Although the celebrations are over, the FDCP will continue its programs for the strengthening and empowerment of all of the Philippine film industry.
