• Manage the Division’s operational processes to ensure that the Agency’s strategy and brand directions for its exhibitions platforms are adhered to, as well as to meet the customer needs and achieve revenue targets
  • Create and implement the strategy and plans to promote and strengthen the Agency’s Exhibition platforms
  • Manage and guide the Exhibition Division personnel in the performance of their duties and responsibilities
  • Oversee the mounting of all FDCP Channel and Cinematheque led events from planning to post-production
  • Create regular comprehensive reports of the Division to be reported to the Office of the Chairperson and CEO
  • Work with FDCP Channel Unit to implement strategies for further development, improvement, and promotion of the FDCP Channel
  • Work with the FDCP Channel Unit to develop marketing and communications plans for the FDCP Channel
  • Work with the Cinematheque Centre Managers to manage the efficient implementation of the Unit’s projects and programs that empowers the distribution of films to reach the Filipino audience through the Cinematheque Centres
  • Represent the Agency in partnerships and coordination with local government units and institution partners for the expansion of Cinematheque programs, as well as for the construction of new structures
  • Work with the Program Supervisor to create programs and partnerships geared to support external exhibition platforms in the country, including commercial and micro-cinemas 


  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder 
  • Must have at least 3 years experience in managing teams
  • Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Filipino  Experience in using communication tools and designing communication campaigns.
  • Must be well-connected with film industry stakeholders and able to gather and consult the same for data and insights. Must be able to foster cooperation among a diversity of public officials and relevant stakeholders
  • Must be a well-rounded professional with expertise on research, marketing, communication, planning and organization
  • Must have the ability to identify priority activities and assignments, allocation of appropriate amount of time and resources for completing work
  • Must have the ability to work collaboratively with FDCP counterparts to achieve organizational goals; ability to solicit inputs by genuinely valuing others' ideas and expertise and capacity to work with transparency; capacity to build trust in colleagues
